Regarding the Use of Image-Generating AI

Quantum Quest uses image-generating AI to create some card images and visual materials. The main image-generation tool used is Adobe Firefly. According to Adobe, Adobe Firefly is trained on licensed content and public-domain content whose copyright has expired.

The creators review generated images before use and, where necessary, select, edit, and adjust them. Care is also taken not to intentionally reproduce specific real people, organizations, or existing works.

This game is intended to provide a space for learning and dialogue about Responsible Research and Innovation (RRI) in quantum technology. In its use of image-generating AI, the project strives to give due consideration to copyright, appropriateness of expression, and transparency.
